Who to contact

Using this website
The quote builder runs in your browser. It prepares a WhatsApp message using the service, area, postcode, job description, access notes and preferred date you enter. It does not submit those details to a website database, save them in browser storage or upload photographs. You choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp.
The website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, third-party map embeds or non-essential cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. This notice should be reviewed if website features change.
When you enquire or book
If you contact us, we receive the information you share, such as your phone number, name, collection address, photographs and job details. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a collection and keep relevant business records. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details or photographs of personal paperwork.
Why we use the information
Responding to a quote request and arranging agreed work can involve steps towards a contract or fulfilling a contract. We may also use information for legitimate business interests, including managing enquiries and protecting our business, and to meet legal record-keeping obligations where they apply.
Sharing and external services
WhatsApp is an external service provided by Meta. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to that service; its own privacy information and terms apply. Information is shared with service providers or people arranging the work only as needed for the enquiry, collection, administration or a legal obligation. External providers may process information outside the UK under their own applicable arrangements.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable business or legal records. Retention depends on whether you only enquire or proceed with work. You can ask about the records we hold and the retention period that applies to your enquiry. Access should be limited to people who need it for the work.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Notice prepared 19 October 2026.
