Plan your house clearance
Moving home, preparing a rental property or dealing with a family home can leave you with more to organise than expected. Start with a list of the rooms and spaces you want cleared, including any loft, garage or outbuilding. You can ask us to price the whole job or specific items, so the scope is clear before collection.
What we can discuss
- Room and whole-property clearances
- Unwanted furniture and household contents
- Landlord and end-of-tenancy clearances
- Garages, loft contents and outbuildings, subject to safe access
Before we arrive
Set aside paperwork, photographs, valuables and anything you want to keep. Tell us about stairs, loft access, narrow doors and the distance to parking. If you are arranging a clearance for someone else, make sure you have authority to remove the contents.
How the quote works
House clearances are quoted individually. The amount of material, item types and access all affect the price. Send wide photographs of each room, rather than only close-ups of individual items.

Can I clear just part of a house?
Yes. Tell us which rooms or items are included and what must stay. A clear keep-and-remove list helps avoid confusion on the day.
Can you quote for a property I do not live in?
Send the property postcode, photographs and access arrangements. Let us know who will meet the team and who can authorise the work.
Where we work
We take enquiries across the locations in our area directory, including London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Dartford. The collection postcode lets us confirm the route and availability.
