Plan your strip out services
A strip out starts with identifying what comes out and what stays. Provide photographs, available drawings and a room-by-room list of fittings and finishes. Explain whether the property is occupied, who controls access and which services must remain operational. The quotation should distinguish removal work from any specialist disconnection or follow-on installation.
What we can discuss
- Internal finishes and fitting removal
- Kitchen and bathroom strip-out enquiries
- Commercial and domestic refurbishment preparation
- Electrical and plumbing elements, only within an agreed scope
Before we arrive
Do not disconnect or alter live services yourself. Electrical and plumbing work needs a defined scope and appropriate competent trades. Flag suspected asbestos, shared services and structural elements before work is assessed. Structural alterations are not assumed within an interior strip out.
How the quote works
Strip outs are priced on request after the proposed scope is reviewed. Isolation, specialist trades, surveys, waste types and site conditions can change what is needed.

Does a strip out include electrical and plumbing work?
These elements can be discussed with your enquiry. The specific disconnections, competent trades, responsibilities and any certification must be agreed before work starts.
Can you remove structural walls?
A general strip-out enquiry does not cover structural alteration. Any structural work needs separate assessment, the required professional input and an expressly agreed scope.
Where we work
We take enquiries across the locations in our area directory, including London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Dartford. The collection postcode lets us confirm the route and availability.
